At Weatherproof®, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We want to ensure you are fully prepared for the elements with products that meet your expectations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
