How do I know which size to order for Weatherproof® outerwear?

We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our garments are designed with a classic fit to allow for layering, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort.

What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.

Are Weatherproof® jackets machine washable?

Most of our jackets and vests are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Always check the specific care label inside your garment for best results.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
